Rigging and removal

Tanks come out of tight cellars without damaging your building. We own our transport and we do not subcontract the part that matters.

Storage

Equipment moves to secured space so your building can be released and your timeline stops depending on ours. Billed at cost.

Resale brokerage

    We come to the building, inventory what is there, and tell you honestly what we think it is worth and what it will cost to get out.

  2. Agreement

    Scope, timeline, fee structure, and who pays for what, in writing, before anything moves.

  3. Removal

    Disconnect, rig, load, transport, and store. You get photo documentation at every stage.

  4. Sale and settlement

    We market, negotiate, and close. You get a settlement statement showing what sold, to whom, for how much, and what it cost.

We run a brewery ourselves

Final Gravity is not a general liquidator that took a brewery job. We operate a commercial brewery in Goldsboro, North Carolina, and have spent years buying, installing, and repairing used brewing equipment.

That matters when someone has to give you a straight answer about your own equipment. We know what a glycol jacket that has been run dry looks like, and what it costs to put a tank back into service. So we can tell you what is worth moving and what is not, before you pay to move it.

Before the brewery, our founder spent his career as an F-15 mechanic in the United States Air Force. Documentation, torque specs, and doing it right the first time are not new habits.
